If you wish, we can provide you with a fully itemised, written estimate before any work is carried out and we’ll always seek your approval before we do any additional work on your vehicle.

Skills required

Our technicians have the skills required to complete the job on your car with care and in a professional manner.

Parts and labour guarantee

We offer a 12 months/12000 miles parts and labour guarantee on all work involving the replacement of parts.

Written reports

Our invoice will detail all the work carried out and any work that needs to be undertaken will be advised prior to carrying out the repair.

Service record book

We will update your service record book with our own stamp and your vehicle history is stored on our systems as further proof of work carried out.

Answering your questions

A qualified member of my staff or I promise to be available to answer quickly and courteously any questions or problems you may have regarding your vehicle.
